Added a `using System.Net.Http;` directive within a `#if NETFRAMEWORK` block in `DependencyInjection.cs` to ensure compatibility with .NET Framework. Introduced the `AddRecClient` extension method in the `DependencyInjection` class to enable custom configuration of `HttpClient` instances via an `Action<HttpClient>` delegate.
