Updated `RecActions.InvokeAsync(...).Sync()` to align with migration guidelines, marking `Sync()` as `[Obsolete]` and recommending `async/await` for asynchronous patterns. Enhanced `BuildStaticClient` methods to include an optional `configureOptions` parameter for flexible `ReCClientOptions` configuration.
