Updated `using` directives to include `DigitalData.Core.Exceptions` for enhanced exception handling. Updated the `[Obsolete]` attribute message to reflect PSPDFKit library deprecation. Renamed `cancellationToken` to `cancel` for consistency. Added validation to ensure `PsPdfKitAnnotation` is only supported for the `LegacyWeb` receiver type.
