Updated `ReceiverSignature` usage in `CacheController` to reflect its refactoring from a property to a method. This change was applied consistently across the `SaveSignature`, `GetSignature`, and `DeleteSignature` methods, ensuring the `cacheKey` variable now uses `User.ReceiverSignature()` instead of `User.ReceiverSignature`.
