TekH 6d63f9db2b Update Default connection string in appsettings.json ...

The `ConnectionStrings.Default` value in `appsettings.json` was updated.
The connection string now points to the testing environment
(`SDD-VHP04-SQL19\DD_TESTING01`) instead of the development environment
(`SDD-VMP04-SQL17\DD_DEVELOP01`). The password was also updated to
`123456789dD!` to reflect the new environment credentials.
