Developer 02 6cec82abd5 Update envelope controllers and improve documentation

- Added using directives in `EnvelopeController.cs` for
  `EnvelopeGenerator.Application.Envelopes.Queries.Read`
  and `EnvelopeGenerator.Common.Constants`.
- Modified `GetAsync` method to use `ReadEnvelopeQuery`
  instead of `StatusQuery`, updating the logic for
  retrieving envelope data.
- Enhanced parameter description in
  `EnvelopeReceiverController.cs` for clarity on
  filtering criteria for envelope recipients.
