Developer 02 4551e5dc64 Refactor envelope history queries and namespaces

Renamed `EnvelopeHistoryQuery` to `HistoryQuery` and
`ReadEnvelopeHistoryQuery` to `ReadHistoryQuery` to improve
clarity. Moved `StatusQuery` to the new
`EnvelopeGenerator.Application.Histories` namespace. Updated
`HistoryController` to use `ReadHistoryQuery`. Removed
unused `using` directives and added relevant ones to align
with the new structure. These changes enhance code
maintainability and organization.
