TekH 32fbf782fa Update project version to 1.2.0 
Bump the project version from 1.1.1 to 1.2.0 in the `EnvelopeGenerator.DependencyInjection.csproj` file. Updated the `<Version>`, `<AssemblyVersion>`, and `<FileVersion>` properties to reflect the new version.
