Developer 02 126370ebdb Add user management services to Program.cs 
This commit introduces a new using directive for
`DigitalData.UserManager.DependencyInjection` and
registers the user manager service with
`builder.Services.AddUserManager<EGDbContext>();`.
These changes enhance the application's capabilities
related to user management.
