This commit replaces the `AddEnvelopeGeneratorRepositories` method with `AddEnvelopeGeneratorInfrastructureServices`, allowing for more flexible configuration through `IConfiguration` and `Action<SQLExecutorParams>`. The `SQLExecutor` class now utilizes `SQLExecutorParams` for its connection string, enhancing configurability. A new `SQLExecutorParams` class has been introduced to encapsulate connection string management.
