refactor(.Extensions): Extensions nach Gruppen aufgeteilt.

- erstellt dekodierende Erweiterungen.
 - Kodierungserweiterungen erstellt.
 - XSS-Erweiterungen in das Extensions-Paket verschoben.
 - EncodeTypes vom Paket Common in das Paket Constants verschoben.
