Refactor EnvelopeReceiverExecutor dependencies

Added the namespace `EnvelopeGenerator.Application.Contracts.Repositories` and removed the unused `Microsoft.Extensions.Logging` import in `EnvelopeReceiverExecutor.cs` to streamline code dependencies.
