Remove OPEN_TASK_SESSION_12.md from SolutionItems

The file `OPEN_TASK_SESSION_12.md` was removed from the
`SolutionItems` section of the `src` project in the
`EnvelopeGenerator.sln` solution file. This change ensures
that the file is no longer tracked as part of the solution.
