Remove "Grid persistence hint" feature

The "Grid persistence hint" feature was removed from `EnvelopeSenderPage.razor`, including its associated HTML `<div>` and SVG icon.

Corresponding styles for `.sf-grid-persistence-hint` were removed from `sender-page.css`, including display, alignment, padding, font size, color, background, and border.

Adjusted the padding for `.sender-grid-wrapper` in `sender-page.css` to account for the removal of the hint banner, setting it to `1rem 2rem 2rem`.
