TekH c1bb3abeef feat(annotation): Add AnnotationOrigin value object

- Add AnnotationOrigin enum (BottomLeft/TopLeft)
- BottomLeft = PDF native coordinate system (default)
- TopLeft = UI-friendly coordinate system (requires Y-axis conversion)
- Shared with stamp operations for consistency
