in `DigitalData.MessagingService.Tests.csproj` to reflect the

- Prerequisites for .NET versions and RabbitMQ setup.

- Licensing information for Digital Data GmbH.
Updated `Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection` to version 10.0.10 and added `Microsoft.Extensions.Logging` as a new dependency.
