Added test cases to ensure proper dependency injection, handle various API operations (`GetAsync`, `GetDynamicAsync`, `CreateAsync`, `UpdateAsync`, `DeleteAsync`), and verify expected outcomes such as exceptions, payload handling, and dynamic responses. Included necessary `using` directives to support the new tests.
