Verbesserungen: Thread-Sicherheit, Logging, WCF-Updates

Die Änderungen umfassen:
- Einführung von `ReaderWriterLockSlim` für Thread-Sicherheit.
- Optimierung von `IsOnline` mit atomaren Operationen.
- Verbesserte Reconnect-Logik und Fehlerbehandlung.
