Introduced ReadSingleEnvelopeQuery and its handler to enable retrieval of a single envelope with optional user filtering. Supports filtering by user ID, envelope ID, or UUID, includes related documents, and maps results to EnvelopeDto using AutoMapper for secure and flexible access.
