The `CertificationLevel` property was removed from the `PdfSignatureOptions` class. It is now explicitly set to `PdfSignatureCertificationLevel.FormFillingAndAnnotations` in all instances where `PdfSignatureOptions` is instantiated.
Previously, `CertificationLevel` was nullable and dynamically set from the `request` object or defaulted to `PdfSignatureCertificationLevel.NoCertification`. These changes ensure consistent behavior by standardizing the certification level to `FormFillingAndAnnotations`.
