Updated the `applicationUrl` property in the "https (Blazor UI)" profile of `launchSettings.json`. Changed the HTTPS port from 8089 to 8088 and the HTTP port from 5132 to 5131. This ensures the development server uses the new port configuration and avoids potential conflicts with other services.
