Increased the maximum width values for the "position" and "city" keys in the `TextMaxWidths` property of `Jobs.FinalizeDocument` (PDFBurnerParams.vb) from `1.25F` to `1.41F`. This change allows more text to fit before truncation occurs, improving text rendering flexibility.
