Fix project configuration in EnvelopeGenerator.sln

Updated the `Debug|Any CPU` configuration for the project with GUID `{6D56C01F-D6CB-4D8A-BD3D-4FD34326998C}` in the solution file. Changed `ActiveCfg` and `Build.0` settings from `Debug|Any CPU` to `Release|Any CPU`. No changes were made to other projects or configurations.
