This commit replaces the `AddEnvelopeGeneratorRepositories` method with `AddEnvelopeGeneratorInfrastructureServices`, allowing for more flexible configuration through `IConfiguration` and `Action<SQLExecutorParams>`. Removed `DIExtensions.cs` and integrated its content into `DependencyExtensions.cs`, enhancing the dependency injection setup with repository and SQL executor registrations.
