Developer 02	8cfa28a863	Refactor envelope creation logic into Extension class ... Added a new static class `Extension` in `Extension.cs` to encapsulate methods for creating parameters and asynchronous envelope creation. Removed previous implementations from `EnvelopeCreateReadSQL.cs` for better organization. Developer 02	3955a3232d	Refactor envelope creation SQL logic ... Removed `CreateEnvelopeSQL` and introduced `EnvelopeCreateReadSQL` to handle envelope creation logic.
