Changed the `launchUrl` for the HTTPS profile in `launchSettings.json` from `"swagger"` to `"sender"`, updating the default URL path.

Added a new `<ItemGroup>` in `EnvelopeGenerator.ReceiverUI.csproj` to include the `Properties\PublishProfiles\` folder, enabling publishing configurations.
