Refactor architecture and optimize performance

Applied a modular page architecture to `EnvelopeSenderPage.razor` by splitting large pages into smaller subcomponents, eliminating duplicated code paths, and centralizing shared logic for maintainability.

Conducted a performance review of sender/receiver flows, addressing route transitions, component lifecycle behavior, loading-state correctness, and duplicate API calls. Treated loading logic defects as architectural issues.

Audited client `Services` to remove unnecessary request/payload remapping and simplify HTTP method transformations.

Centralized dependency injection registrations into extension methods/modules to reduce startup composition sprawl.

Refactored `PdfRenderController.cs` to replace JSON/base64 `byte[]` transport with binary streaming for improved memory/latency performance in large PDF rendering.

Implemented a DevExpress toast-based notification system using `DxToastProvider` and `IToastNotificationService` for consistent, actionable feedback across sender/receiver flows.
