Refactor IPdfPageImageRenderer registration

Encapsulated the registration of IPdfPageImageRenderer into a new
AddDocInfrastructure extension method in the DependencyInjection
class within the EnvelopeGenerator.Infrastructure.Doc namespace.

Updated Program.cs to use the AddDocInfrastructure method, improving
modularity and centralizing the service registration logic.
