refactor(EnvelopeController): add cancellation token to LogInEnvelope POST action
- Updated `LogInEnvelope` method to accept `CancellationToken` for better async operation handling. - No functional changes to other methods. - Maintains backwards compatibility with obsolete MediatR services.
