Refactor EnvelopeSenderPage for WebAssembly support

Updated EnvelopeSenderPage to use InteractiveWebAssembly
rendering mode. Removed unused services and authentication
logic, replacing `ReceiverPageDataService` with
`DocumentService` for document retrieval. Improved error
handling by replacing `NotFoundException` with
`HttpRequestException` and a 404 status code check.
