Bump version to 1.2.2 and update launch settings

Updated the version in `EnvelopeGenerator.GeneratorAPI.csproj` from `1.2.1` to `1.2.2` for all version elements. Modified the `applicationUrl` in `launchSettings.json` to change the HTTPS port from `7174` to `8088`, while keeping the HTTP port at `5131`.
