Add widget annotation and update stroke color

Updated `createAnnotations` to initialize a `PSPDFKit.Annotations.WidgetAnnotation` object, enabling the creation of widget annotations.

Modified `ctx.strokeStyle` in `createAnnotationFrameBlob` to use 'darkblue' instead of 'darkgray', improving the visual appearance of the annotation frame.
