Refactor Envelope properties in Envelope.cs

Browse Source 
- Added required `Uuid` property with column mapping.
- Removed `Message` property.
- Changed `Language` from required to nullable string.
- Other properties (`ContractType`, `ExpiresWhen`, `SendReminderEmails`) remain unchanged.
