feat: Add SwissQrBillDto and BadRequestException

- Add SwissQrBillDto, AddressDto, AlternativeSchemeDto for Codecrete Bill mapping
- Add BadRequestException to Domain exceptions
- DTOs include [Obsolete] warnings for deprecated fields (AddressLine1/2)
