IISProfile aktualisieren

Geänderte `DigitalData.Gateway.csproj` zur Unterstützung mehrerer
Ziel-Frameworks: `net7.0`, `net8.0` und `net9.0`. Diese
verbessert die Kompatibilität und Flexibilität des Projekts.
