Verbesserungen an Viewer-Logik und UI-Anpassungen

Die Größe und Position mehrerer UI-Elemente wurden angepasst, darunter `barDockControlTop`, `barDockControlLeft`, `barDockControlRight`, `MyGDPViewer` und `lbFileNotLoaded`. Ein neuer SVG-Button (`btnSearch2.ImageOptions.SvgImage`) wurde hinzugefügt, während ein alter entfernt wurde.

Die Methode `LoadFile_FromStream` setzt nun den Zustand des Viewers zurück, und die Logik in `SetViewerMode` wurde korrigiert, um `.CSV`-Dateien korrekt zu behandeln. Der Viewer-Modus (`_ViewerMode`) wurde optimiert, insbesondere für Richtext- und Excel-Dateien.

Die Assembly-Version wurde von `2.7.2.0` auf `2.7.3.0` aktualisiert.
